April is Child Abuse Prevention Month 💙

As a therapist and someone who has dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families through healing and growth, this month holds deep meaning for me.

Child abuse can leave invisible wounds that last a lifetime—but with prevention, education, and compassionate support, we can change the story.

This month, I invite you to reflect, learn, and take action—whether it’s being a safe adult for a child in your life, advocating for trauma-informed practices, or simply starting conversations that break the silence.

We all have a role to play in keeping children safe. Let’s be that safe space. Let’s protect their light.
