Who's Who
Robin Unruh is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, and Wisconsin while she is also licensed in Kansas as a Clinical Addictions Counselor with over 20 years of experience providing services in Southwest Kansas. She has provided care across the lifespan from adolescents to senior adults.
She is certified as an Anger Management Professional, Anxiety Professional Counselor, Grief Informed Professional, Addictions-Informed Professional. Additionally, she is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist while she completed coursework as a Trauma Informed Counselor.
Additionally, she is a certified Taking Flight with DISC Faciliator and a Grief Recovery Method Specialist.
Robin’s hobbies include driving, learning, reading, and writing. She also enjoys listening to music (Elvis, Classic Country, and Classic Rock). Her support system includes Mollee (black lab/pointer mix), Charlee (boxer/dachshund) and Mimmee (domesticated feline).
Robin’s favorite superhero is Batman because he, in fact, does not have a superpower. Rather, through hard work, dedication, and commitment, he became his own hero. Robin views her role as a counselor as a sidekick to assist with the journey of change for the hero within each of us.

Master of Social Work
University of Kansas
Robin graduated from the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare as a Master's Level Social Worker. Her commitment to this education was displayed in her needing to be on the Lawrence KS campus one day per week.
Bachelor of Psychology
St. Mary of the Plains College
Robin completed her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from St. Mary of the Plains College. She also participated with the instrumental music program including concert, jazz, and pep band.
Associate of Science
Garden City Community College
Robin completed her Associate's of Science Degree in General Studies at Garden City Community College while also receiving an Instrumental Music Scholarship. She graduated with honors.
